Old Orchard is a diverse neighborhood in the heart of Toledo, Ohio, which was developed in the 1920's. With homes of varying architectural styles, there is an abundance of English tudors reflecting the trend of the era in which they were built. Anchored to the south by the University of Toledo campus, the location is home to many UT employees and their families. Tree-lined streets provide a beautiful green canopy and exquisite fall color. Kenwood Boulevard intersects the neighborhood and features some of the larger homes. Community pride is second to none with an active Neighborhood Association, Family Social Group and avid gardeners participating in the annual Garden Tour.
